Governance (ESG) Commitment


In response to China's "Carbon Emission Peak and Carbon Neutrality" requirements, G.Tech continues to improve the environmental management system, adhere to green production, create green products, actively promote energy conservation and emission reduction, and jointly build a low-carbon and environment-friendly green life; continuously promote the supply chain to fulfill our social responsibilities and grow up together with suppliers; protect the rights and interests of employees, pay much attention to the development of employees, care for employees, and create a safe, healthy, happy and warm working environment for employees.


Environmental and Sustainable Management

As an enterprise with a strong sense of social mission, G.Tech takes environmental protection as our own responsibility. We are committed to reducing carbon emissions, improving energy efficiency and actively participating in climate action.


Climate and Energy

G.Tech actively responds to climate change, formulates annual energy saving and emission reduction projects for water, electricity and gas, promotes project implementation and reduces greenhouse gas emissions. At the same time, G.Tech is committed to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and negative impacts on the environment in purchasing, manufacturing, transportation of components and raw materials, as well as product use and recycling. We actively urge suppliers to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and contribute to a low-carbon economy. G.Tech actively participates in the CDP climate change survey and promotes 100% use of renewable energy.


Emission Reduction and Resource Recycling

In the enterprise operation and whole life cycle of products, G.Tech pays much attention to the minimization of input resources, takes good control of energy, water, waste gas and waste solid (refer to the attached "Management of Water, Waste and Greenhouse Gases"), strives to reduce resource input, improves resource utilization efficiency, and actively purchases renewable materials for maximization of resource recycling. Through parameter control, equipment spot inspection, equipment maintenance, the formulation of post system, operation procedures and other management measures, to ensure the effective operation of waste gas and wastewater treatment facilities, and to achieve 100% standard discharge.


Hazardous Substances

We carry out the idea of "Zero Waste" in product design and technology, and minimize consumables in production and manufacturing. Take a thorough management of the chemical substances in raw materials and components, and take measures in advance to continuously reduce and replace substances that have any potential impact on the environment.


Social Responsibility

G.Tech is committed to complying with “the Code of Conduct for Responsible Business Alliance” (hereinafter referred to as "RBA"), which includes five parts: labor rights and interests, health and safety, environmental protection, business ethics and management system. G.Tech is also committed to conducting self-assessment to ensure that our policies and procedures are properly implemented. And G.Tech has also passed the RBA audit. In addition, the company conveys the requirements of “the Code of Conduct of G.Tech” to all suppliers, and required suppliers to recognize and implement the provisions of the Code.


Protection of Rights and Interests of Employees

G.Tech strictly abides by the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, adheres to the principle of fair and open recruitment, fully protects the basic rights and interests of employees, signs labor contracts with each employee, opposes discrimination, adheres to the system of equal pay for equal work, eliminates the use of child labor and forced labor, provides employees with perfect remuneration and benefits, protects their privacy, pays attention to their physical and mental health, and strives to build a safe, equal and healthy working environment.


Occupational Health

G.Tech cares about the health of employees, actively builds a health management culture, constantly improves the occupational disease prevention system, strengthens the occupational disease prevention, provides health examination for employees every year, and carries out occupational health training.


Safety Production

G.Tech always puts safety production as priority of our business activities, strictly standardizes safety production, improves the management system, strengthens safety production, organizes activities such as safety inspection, education, publicity, fire drills etc., and further improves employees' safety awareness and safety emergency capability.

Supply Chain Management

Scientific and strict supply chain management effectively helps G.Tech to achieve our social responsibility goals and improve the overall performance of our suppliers, achieving a win-win situation for the enterprise and our supply chain partners. G.Tech strictly implements “the Code of Conduct of G.Tech” and integrates social responsibility into supply chain management.


Responsible Mineral Procurement

G.Tech formulates the “Conflict Minerals Policy” and actively promotes the conflict free mineral policy, promises to avoid conflicts or serious violations of human rights caused by purchased minerals, identifies minerals from conflict-affected and high-risk areas, and ensures that suppliers comply with this policy to ensure that smelters and refineries in the supply chain are compliant.


Anti-slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

G.Tech has prepared this statement in accordance with Article 54 of Modern Anti-slavery Act 2015 in the UK. We are well aware of the need to lead by example in conducting business, to be fair, ethical, and open in all aspects of our business, and to adopt zero tolerance attitude towards any behavior of slavery, human trafficking, forced or coercive labor or exploitation.


Our Supply Chain

• The relationshipbetween G.Tech and our suppliers must be based on mutual respect and integrity. G.Tech strives to maintain the highest standards and principles of business ethics, politeness, and competence in our dealings with suppliers.
• We strive to achieve more complete traceability and transparency throughout the entire supply chain.
• We require all suppliers to agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We require that all suppliers and their direct supply chains do not support, allow or assist in human trafficking or enslavement in their operations. Failure to actively confirm the above requirements may result in the termination of the supplier contract.


Our Relevant Policies

• Strictly implement anti-slavery and human trafficking policies, prohibit the use of forced, mortgaged (including debt bondage) or contractual labor, involuntary prison labor, slaves, or human trafficking. If the other party uses deception or deception to gain the trust of the company, once discovered, the company will immediately take measures to protect the victims and report to relevant departments or local governments.
• We regularly conduct risk assessments on the supply chain to better understand the potential risks associated with slavery and human trafficking.
• We convey this statement to all employees to ensure that they are aware of the risks of modern slavery in our business and supply chain.
• Maintain reporting procedures and anti-retaliation policies to authorize and encourage employees to report slavery and human trafficking without fear of retaliation.
• We Keep developing and maintaining training modules that support our human rights commitments, including prohibiting slavery and human trafficking, and complying with labor laws.


G.Tech assesses the risks of slavery and human trafficking as part of internal management. We will continue to review, reassess, and further develop our anti-slavery and human trafficking plans, not only to ensure compliance with the law, but also to ensure that we achieve the core values expressed in this statement.
